The host - Sian - was absolutely phenomenal! Nothing was too much trouble. When she found out that I was getting married the following day, she got me and my husband a card and a box of chocolates to return to after our big day😭 The most thoughtful, kindhearted, lovely lady who made our stay so comfortable. We even got some of her chickens eggs when we were leaving!

Excellent location down a single track road, very quiet and surrounded by trees. Lovely. Very comfortable room and excellent king size bed. In room facilities outstanding. Breakfast was cooked to order hence delicious and fresh.

The house is lovely, clean and modern with plenty of room and a fantastic decking area. It is set in an ideal location for seeing Whitby and the surrounding area. We all loved the house, bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms.

15 minute drive to Whitby very close to other beaches, perfect base to explore.
Immaculately clean, spacious cottage with garden and parking. Centrally located for visiting the coastal beaches or North Yorkshire Moors. The cottage has everything you could want for a self catering holiday. Beds very comfortable with plenty of bath towels provided. 10/10 will definitely be returning again very soon.
Andy was brilliant, he did everything he could to make us feel welcomed and even moved us to a bigger room. The rooms are well presented and the breakfast Andy does is superb, it is exceptional for the money we paid and Andy runs a very lovely business. Parking is brilliant and free which is a rare occurance and the surrounding area is lovely.
This self catering cottage was larger than expected and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen was particularly well equipped and the Welcome Pack of local produce was a lovely touch.
Staff were always on hand and were really friendly and helpful; it felt like nothing was too much trouble.
The shared courtyard area was immaculately maintained, leading to ample parking and another large grassed area which was great for dog walking.
The hot tub was a real treat!
beautifully presented and lovely facilities. Debbie is a delight to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. the walking from here is amazing. lovely pubs in the village. great walk to Whitby and trenches fish restaurant. catch the bus back. stops outside the property. secure on-site parking. no need to use the car whilst you are here. amazing coastal walks and scenery.
The cottage was well equipped with everything you could need, for a short to medium length stay. The location is well placed for Whitby, North Yorkshire Moors and the coastal towns; with a regular bus that stops just out front if you don't fancy a walk. It has off road parking and considering its on a main road you can't hear any traffic because it's set back. We would visit again.
The location was good for visiting other areas.
Bus stop a minute away which meant you could go to Whitby etc and save on finding a parking space.
Well laid out with and clean kitchen had all you needed ( could do with some egg cups ).
