We arrived late but the owner was very welcoming & informative. The beds were very comfy & room was spacious for 2 bikers with full kit & panniers. The room was spotless & facilities excellent. The breakfast was freshly cooked & good quality products. Would highly recommend for people who don't want the hassle & bustle of Inverness.

Everything! Amazing hostess and delicious food! It was clean, cozy and comfortable. If we didn't have other plans we would have extended our stay but we will definitely return the next time we're in Scotland. I highly recommend this place!

Good welcome, and very friendly and helpful owner. Excellent twin beds meant a good sleep. Super bed side lights, and spacious shower room. Quiet location away from centre of Fortrose, with fine countryside view. Lots of parking spaces.

The cottage is in a lovely location and beautifully decorated. It is close to our family home and so was a perfect Christmas ‘overspill’ house. It provided a restful and relaxing space for three adults. Parking was simple and the instructions were simple and clear.
