    We stayed only one night. This is a lovely quiet little country inn and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and we slept very well. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed the breakfast and the parking was super convenient. We recommend this lovely local country inn.

    Couldn't fault the location, ideal for both sending post and catching the bus into Whitby, staff were friendly and welcoming , meals delicious, plenty of choice with generous portions, liked the surprise of free telephone calls if required, garden and conservatory were an added bonus away from our more than comfortable sized en suite room, the views of both the countryside and coast from the rear of the car park were an added draw at sunset

    Great hotel with friendly staff and lots of car parking space available. The garden looked like it would be a lovely spot to relax in the summer months. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Food is very good.

    Very large bedroom and 6' bed. Large TV and large bathroom.Good quality toiletries. Very comfortable. Water provided and fresh milk in fridge. Very pretty building and gardens in quiet village setting. Plenty of car parking space. Windows double glazed. Covid arrangements excellent, with wipes and spray in room too.
