A well converted barn, very spacious and with comfortable beds. It has a well equipped kitchen area and a great outdoor space. It has underfloor heating which was very welcome during cold September days and really provided a cosy welcome. We came as a family including our 20 month old granddaughter, to attend a wedding at Hamswell House and we enjoyed the quiet, the horses and talking to the people, we will be back.

This is a beautiful bed and breakfast with lovely staff. The character building has been lovingly updated and the rooms are of high quality. Its location close to the Cotswold Way was handy, but just a little note of caution if you’re walking, that the foot access is tricky as there are some busy roads nearby and/or some big “bull in field” fields to cross.
