We were impressed by the professionalism and great customer service delivery by the hotel staff : Landy Liu and Christina. We have had a tiring trip touring parts of Zhangjiajie, Furong Ancient Town and Fenghuang Gu Zheng for the past one week. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay at JW Marriot. Such a nice apartment, with an outstanding view. we got the 2 bedroom apartment, it had 2 bathrooms also. super clean and modern, had everything we needed from the kitchen facilities, using the washing machine, toiletries etc. Actually when you arrive its not that wow from the outside but when you get to your room its WOW. The staff were super attentive and helpful also.

This hotel is beautiful and has everything that one could desire. The room was large and clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff went out of their way to ensure that everything went smoothly during the stay. In particular, Chen Qiu Feng (Amy) was invaluable in facilitating the reservation and payment, and in making the time at World Hotel Jiaxing Hunan (in Changsha) an amazing experience. She is a gem, as is the hotel.
