We were impressed by the professionalism and great customer service delivery by the hotel staff : Landy Liu and Christina. We have had a tiring trip touring parts of Zhangjiajie, Furong Ancient Town and Fenghuang Gu Zheng for the past one week. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay at JW Marriot. This hotel is beautiful and has everything that one could desire. The room was large and clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff went out of their way to ensure that everything went smoothly during the stay. In particular, Chen Qiu Feng (Amy) was invaluable in facilitating the reservation and payment, and in making the time at World Hotel Jiaxing Hunan (in Changsha) an amazing experience. She is a gem, as is the hotel.

Many thanks to the staff of the hotel, extremely helpful and hospitable! Particularly Jack. Helped me a lot with everything. The room is amazing, just like at the photos. Free gym and laundry with a dryer are super useful. Good breakfast with local and western dishes, I enjoyed it.
