I have read some reviews which said the self check-in is unusable for traveler using passport. However, I did not have this problem. Just follow the steps and the check-in will complete in a short time.

The most outstanding aspect of this hotel is definitely the service level of the staffs. Their attention to details and mannerism is impeccable. The free spa visit that comes with the room is a pleasant addition. The room is spacious for a Japan hotel, and the room amenities are worth noting. The room came with a fridge filled with complementary selection of sake, juices, soda, and bottled water. Keurig coffee capsules and machine were also provided. There were welcome wagashi as well.
