Free luggage storage service is available.

the owner was extremely kind and nice; he was very warm and kind to us. he didn’t speak English but he made sure in multiple ways that we could communicate (using google translate and other translating devices). he brought us fruit, offered to pick us up and to bring us to the nearest station and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. the position is really good if you need to overnight in the airport or if you land late and want a room close to the airport without spending a fortune. if it’s your first time in Japan, it’s also nice to experience the traditional ryokatan and sleep on the tatami mat; it’s surprisingly comfortable and I had a really good night of deep sleep. super reccommended! we had a really good time.

The open-air hot-spring bath at Fudoguchikan is available 24 hours, and separate per gender. The ryokan also houses a lounge, a shop and drinks vending machines. A variety of yukata robes are available for rent, and free parking is on site.

This hotel includes an extensive dinner of many small courses in a private dining room. We were delighted with the extensive and beautiful offerings. We loved the cozy tatami room overlooking the flowing river. While we were out at dinner, our room was magically turned into a warm futons so we could sleep with the sound of the water. The onsen was lovely, with a cooler indoor soaking pool and a downstairs hotter outdoor pool (separated by gender). In the morning, we enjoyed an elaborate Japanese breakfast in a common breakfast room, but well separated from the other guests and beautifully attended by the attentive staff. More than anything, we appreciated how much they went out of the way to make us feel welcome. Two of the three members of our party were not Japanese speaking, but everyone was friendly and helpful. They clearly took the time to translate our menu into English so we could enjoy each course. Truly over and above. Want an uniquely Japanese experience that takes you away from the touristy city centres? This is the place to go.

Featuring traditional Japanese hot springs known as ‘onsen’, these hotels allow you to take a relaxing soak in therapeutic geothermal waters. Near to the train station, just 5 mins walk. There is also an onsen (niji no yu onsen) nearby the beach which is another 10 mins walk. It was self check-in so we can check in whenever we want. The guest house has 2 buildings. We booked a family room which one of the entire building was for us. Toilet & shower are separated. Quiet. There is large heating mat on the bedroom floor.

The location is just 10 mins away from the station and is right next to the beach. there's a food place next door. the room was spacious and very clean with a nice smell. The receptionist was very nice as well and is well versed in English which was a bonus. free to leave your luggage after checking out and you can collect later on. They also disposed of my shopping bags after I repacked my suitcase when i came back the same day to collect bags.

The staff was very nice; one spoke Mandarin, which greatly helped us with the language barrier since my father is from Taiwan. The rooms were spacious and the onsens were very clean and had a beautiful view of the outdoors.
