The room I reserved was not in the hotel facilities but in an alternate building. next to a gas station. we should have paid more to stay inside the hotel

At Moose and Maple Lodge the rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels. The room was nice and clean, recently remodeled. I loved how easy it was to get into the room. I got the room # and the door code before the check in time. The bed was very comfortable. It was a very nice experience, I definitely will go back to this place!

This is a clean and comfortable, basic motel. The motor lodge is across the parking lot from the inn and restaurant, a five-minute walk. Everything works, the room is clean and bright, a little pricey but good, reliable quality and comfort. They now have new key fobs in place of the key cards that were not working. The restaurant is reasonable for breakfast.
This hotel is walking distance to everything (2mins). The room we stayed in was modern. Self check in can be tricky but works very well. Free parking on site. Would definitely stay again!
At night the property had well lit parking lot as well as at the motel doors that made me feel secure for me as well as my car
Typical roadside motel, nothing exceptional, nothing bad. No weird smells. Lots of hot water.
Location in Tahoe City with walking distance to lake and restaurants. Short drive to Alpine Meadows & Palisades or Transit Center to pick up TART (although we snagged last minute parking reservations). Extra parking in back of building. Call ahead if you are going to check in late so they can set up a lock box. Excellent wifi if you need to work remotely. Long desk in room for work needs. Much better condition than Best Value down the road and with bigger room. They've clearly put in effort to paint & remodel bathroom.
Location of motel was perfect. Restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Hot tub by the lake was very nice. Room was nice and clean.
The motel was very clean,quiet and had nice staff.
The only positive i have to say about this motel is they dont require a security deposit what so ever! But.......
While not the most modern, the room was clean and in good condition. The room has a good size including a table with 2 chairs The forced air heating was relatively quite which is not often the case in such motel style hotels (aka motor lodge)
