Simply amazing. Beds super comfortable, wide room, nicely decorated, very quiet surroundings. Small but perfect bathroom. Every detail was refined, all very clean, it all seemed brand new. Great location, easy parking. We appreciated a lot the shared kitchen and facilities. You can easily walk around the area. I wish I stayed longer!

Breakfast was great and the reception area made you feel comfortable and relaxed. Sadly didn't get to use the hot tub, or actually see a bear, although in general the property, as they say in the popular children's nursery story about bears..this one was just right!

Soft and cosy bed, fun sheets, microwave and little hot plate appreciated, clean bathroom, good amount of space, pet friendly!
We celebrated our anniversary. We went out to dinner came back to our room. They left us a bottle of champagne with a happy anniversary note. That was a very nice gesture.
PlumpJack Inn is the ultimate location for skiing Palisades; the staff are relaxed and very friendly; the Bar and Restaurant is top notch; we loved our stay here
The location was convenient to Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, Lake Tahoe, and restaurants in the area. We expected an older, run down inn; but, were pleasantly surprised that this was up to Hilton standards with a clean, modern gym, modern lobby, breakfast area, and room. We enjoyed the heated indoor pool and hot jacuzzi as well as the fresh fruit, scones, scrambled/hard boiled egg options, wheat/white bread options, sausages, bacon, waffles, nuts, granola, and yogurt for breakfast.
Very spacious, very clean. A full functional kitchen with cookware, dinnerware was a happy surprise. Comes with a full dinning table and multiple sofas / couches
Great location parallel to Truckee’s main road, Donner Pass Rd Great staff, little lobby with awesome Nescafé machine. We enjoyed eating our take-out dinner in front of the roaring gas fireplace after a day of skiing.
Great location, comfortable beds but all Quinn size, decent dishes in the kitchen. It is a cute small house suitable for no more then 4-5 people.
Very cute place with a modern feel. Perfect location 5 minute walk to everything in Tahoe City. We rented the "Heart Tub" room which was a fun bonus. Bonus: Jake's on Lake behind the Inn had an excellent Happy Hour and lake views.
We loved our room with the full kitchen and so we could have breakfast in and make dinner. Too easy! We loved the spa after a day on the slopes too! If we were too tired to cook there was so many options for dinner just within a few minutes walk.
Our cabin was perfect. Loved the gas fireplace, the lounge with comfy couch and chairs for relaxing after a day's skiing. The communal spa was fun and good for sore muscles. The kitchen facilities were really handy for making our own dinner on the nights we felt like it. The people were absolutely lovely. Location was good with nice restaurants nearby and easy to get to the lifts with the free shuttle bus stopping virtually outside our lodge.
