We – my wife, our two children, and I – stayed at Great Eastern Motor Lodge for more than three weeks. The rooms are in good condition; we had an apartment with a dining area and two bedrooms. The location is convenient, allowing for quick access to various parts of Perth. A major shopping center, Belmont Forum, is located nearby. There is a pleasant riverside walking area just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for family strolls and jogging. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive. Room cleaning is provided upon request and is done thoroughly. I recommend this place.

Beautiful beaches, close to all amenities cafes and Hillary's Marina. Next, the comfort level of a good night's sleep. The beds were very clean & mattresses were supportive, and comfortable. Very good value for money especially considering its right on the coast. I booked a balcony room which had a lovely view northwards of the ocean.

Arrived after hours but after making a call to them I received a text message with details of how to get the keys and codes to door.
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
Perfect for a nice quiete, comfortable sleep after our international flight. The motel is easy to find with Google maps and close to the airport without the airport noise. It's not the Hilton, the rooms are old, but they were comfortable and quiete with heaps of free parking on site. Rooms are also spotless clean and large. This will definitely be our go to to place in the future.
The lodge was very busy on both nights we stayed there, with many FIFO workers and a few travellers.
All the staff we met were outstandingly welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was closed for renovations but they offered in room dining at no extra charge. It was delicious.
Free parking right outside the motel style room was convenient. The free airport shuttle service started running from 5am and the two drivers we met were professional and efficient.
This motel is in a great spot, easy walking distance to Optus stadium. The free parking was great and staff were helpful and friendly and the place was nice and clean!

I stayed at Crown Towers recently, and have to say my experience at Kings Park Hotel was ten times better. The 3 biggest comparable standouts would be the fact that my room at King's Park motel had a view, and it was cleeeeaaan, and I could put things in the mini fridge.None of which I can say about Crown Towers. Oh and there was free parking right outside my door.

Parking is on the road, but there was lots of free parking about 5 minutes walk away.
Great location for our needs. Bed was OK. Room was on the road, road noise minimal during night but bright lights from Motel sign out the front made it difficult to sleep.
I found the staff was friendly, Room was spacious, ample free parking, room was clean and was in walking distance to a meal at night.
The breakfast cafe attached to the hotel served a very good coffee.
