The hotel is fantastic, staff very friendly, location the best, metro station is 2 min outside the hotel. Also there is a shop next door where u can buy food very convinient. Parking available nearby for 25$ per day, which the guy at the reception suggested me. Hotel is very clean. I would absolutely come back if I would go to New York again.

Our overall stay was amazing! The location is near everything, very convenient. The rooms were clean, we stayed for 4 nights.

Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/ Chelsea is a 5 minute walk away from the Pennsylvania Amtrak Station. The hotel also provides complimentary WiFi, luggage storage and free access to an on-site fitness centre. Our room was spacious, with a really big, wide bed, a small but efficient fridge, coffee/tea kettle, and a TV. We were also happy with the location, there are 2 metro stations nearby, as well as shops, food, and shopping options. The air conditioning is impeccable and quiet, the bathroom is spacious with fresh towels daily. In the hotel you can do your laundry, buy snacks, even use a microwave to heat up food. There is a police station opposite the hotel, so it felt pretty safe. Great for everyone, highly recommended!

Grew up with american movies, so I had high expectations from this trip. Which were met, and I think choosing the right hotel helped :) I was for the first time in USA and had to look for a hotel that would allow me to have a good rest in a noisy city, such as New York. I am quite a light sleeper so I'm looking especially for good sound insulation when it comes to choosing an accommodation. I can say this hotel was a perfect choice - had a great rest in the heart of Manhattan, close to Times Square, Bryant Park, 5th Avenue, Empire State Building - and, very important, at a walking distance from Penn Station, which was our connection to JFK Airport. I travelled with my mother. Whenever she's asked by friends and relatives how was New York, one of the first things she mentions is how comfy was her bed at this hotel :) The staff was also very nice - I enjoyed the american hospitality so much! Also, thumbs up for the cleaning services! We were in USA for 2-3 weeks, and we were in and out of NY, travelling to places such as Miami or Vermont. Every time we were back to NY, we choose this hotel (we checked in here 3 times in 2 weeks). On my next visit to NY, I would choose this hotel again. This concludes my evaluation.

Room service from nearby restaurants is available. The hotell was very central in Manhattan, close to the subway. It was a perfect base for our family. We looked forward every night to come home to our room. It was clean, had good beds and a great TV. The employees were very nice. Julissa Diaz from the staff signed us in. She was very serviceminded and helpful. There was also a fitness room where our son could work out. He was very happy about this facility. We will definitely use this hotel for our next trip to Manhattan.
