When we arrived at the hotel, they did not have our reservation. We booked this through a 3rd party, unknowingly to us, and nothing went through before we got there which was 45 minutes after the booking. The receptionist who was working that night was super, super helpful and even tried calling the third party company to see what was going on with no luck.

I loved how comfortable it was and how good it smelled. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until I was walking out the door to leave. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at and I work for a Marriott hotel. I will most definitely be staying again.

Breakfast was not free, and a cup of coffee cost 3.50. There was not much at all that I liked about my stay at the Courtyard Marriott. The TV was not very good, the bathroom fan sounded like it would blow up. The set up of the bed, TV and sofa sleeper was not comfortable at all. The sofa bed was curved and there was no comfortable way to set on it. I will not stay there again.

Armani was super kind and tried to make up for the higher price by upgrading us to a suite so overall we felt she went over and above to make things right... the facilities were clean and what you would expect for a Marriott and in a great location for traveling families. We will definitely stay there again.

We felt very comfortable from the first encounter at the registration desk. The gentleman at the desk allowed us to check in early 11:00 am. This allowed us to get ready for the graduation we came to attend. The room was quiet, clean, with one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've slept in.... The breakfast was great as well as the pleasant dining area. Overall, it was a great experience & we will make sure to stay @ the Hampton Inn @ Pensacola airport again when we are in town!!😉🌹

I thought that I was booking a hotel that offered free breakfast. I stayed at at Marriott in Puerto Rico that offered free breakfast. I was disappointed about that.

Front desk person was rude. Asked for a bottled water and was told we could purchase at $3.50 that you have NEVER offered complementary water. Room way overpriced, but decent. Breakfast was not included. And to top it off no complementary coffee in the lobby. Give people a break!!! Last time we will be staying at a Marriott of any kind. Too many other options to choose from.

Only complaint…….charged $5.95 for data service at hotel. That should be a part of my bill and not an extra charge. Love staying at Marriott hotels and will continue to. Very very nice hotel!!! Breakfast at Broken Egg next door. Would stay again.
