After packed my things up ans took them to my car, i called booking.com where once communicatiin had been established, i put the call on speaker so Shawnda could hear that booking.com rep was explaining the following steps to process a refund, i was told that she was about to call the cops. I reminded her that booking had just sent the email now. She said that checking the email would be DONE ON HER OWN TIME

Pensacola is my hometown, The city (downtown) has undergone a major transformation over the last 1 years and is now a vibrant downtown area that is fun as well as looks great. Pensacola is a very historic city. You should check it out. The beaches are as good as you can find anywhere in the world and the Naval Aviation Museum is absolutely awesome.

My trip was to take my husky to visit friends and to also his first trip to the Gulf. Pensacola has beautiful beaches and so many pet friendly places. We even found a dog park called Bark Park in Lexington Terrace that was extremely fun. We're gonna visit all these areas when we go back.

Liked all about it.Even though the room with a king bed wasn't available due to plumbing problems the room with two double beds was just fine.The room had everything you could need. Coffee maker with several coffee pods sugar cream stirrers. Room also had an ironing board and iron. Nice safe location.Will most likely stay there on future trips to mississippi.

Pensacola Historic District is great!
Pensacola Historic District is great! We got tickets on the Hop on Hop Off and it was helpful to get a feel for the area. We ate at some of the best restaurants, The Iron, Kalbi Intchiban, O'Reily's and Nicks Boathouse. We did not have a bad meal the entire time and coming from Palm Beach, we are somewhat picky about restaurants. Getting around is really easy especially if you stay close to the historic district.
When we arrived at the hotel, they did not have our reservation. We booked this through a 3rd party, unknowingly to us, and nothing went through before we got there which was 45 minutes after the booking. The receptionist who was working that night was super, super helpful and even tried calling the third party company to see what was going on with no luck.
A very comfortble, clean and convenient accommodation. It may not look so from the photos, but it's very spatious. The host is very nice and reponds within minutes. It's conveniently located for those driving from afar and still, it's close to the beach or any spot in the Pensacola City. We have also enjoyed the community pool. Overall a great experience!
Beautiful newly renovated building. Great decor and very comfortable beds. Cute speakeasy and restaurant on site. Kari was wonderful and arranged cleaning for us on the second day when requested. We will definitely return and our family in Pensacola has stated that it is very hard to make a reservation here showing it’s popularity.
Great location..Lots of eating places around within a few miles. Closer to the beach than most hotels. They leave nice messages on the tv in the room for you, which is very nice! The beds and pillows were super comfy! The shower was very nice also! We will definitely stay at this hotel again!😊
We extended our beach vacation a couple days to enjoy historic Pensacola. This hotel was walking distance to museums and art galleries and restaurants. The hotel is new, Very clean with happy staff which made our historic Pensacola visit more enjoyable.
The inside and outside of the hotel were very well kept! The rooms and lobby area were very well updated and clean! I was very impressed by the quality of the hotel considering it was a cheaper place. We will be back!
The breakfast was very pleasant with a good and tasty selection. The location was convenient and not far from the beach. Overall everything was excellent and the hosts are very welcoming, not a single complaint
Adorable home. We love the quiet neighborhood and private backyard. Location was perfect between Pensacola Beach and Perdido Beach. Very close to the Naval base where the Blue Angels are based.
Wry expensive for this place. Everything I’m the room wSs very cheap. When I first walked into our room turned on a light. Bugs ran off the counter. After seeing the bugs I was ready to go.
The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked up. The location was great, only 25 mins from the beach.
Overall our family throughly enjoyed this facility, it’s accompanied staff, and location in proximity to historical downtown as well as Pensacola Beach.
