Breakfast was good, room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the selection of teas and coffees in the room’s keurig.
The room exceeded our expectations, it was huge and felt so luxurious. It felt like a suite and it wasn’t even one of the suites! Also the fact there was a coffee machine in the room was brilliant. We stopped in a few hotels during our trip and I was surprised that coffee wasn’t available in all hotels we stayed in. The staff were so friendly and gave us a glass of free champagne on arrival which was a lovely unexpected extra. The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, so central and Asheville in itself blew me away.
Beautiful Greek revival home on the National Register!!!! Lovely staff!!! House totally accessible for your use!! Wonderful healthy breakfast always made to meet dietary needs. Fabulous location!!

Value for the location is the BEST in downtown Asheville. My husband and I (locals) have done a staycation every winter holiday for the past ten years - Aloft was the first place we stayed, and although we have tried different downtown hotels through the years, we keep coming back to Aloft because the value + location can not be beat.
The Location was perfect because we wanted to be in the downtown area. We met a couple in Blowing Rock who suggested we visit Asheville and stay at Aloft. We were not disappointed.
