    The Westin is my favorite hotel to stay in Greenville. Hubby prefers the modern decor of the AC Hotel; however, I much prefer the classic elegance of the Westin. Excellent location. Walking distance to almost everything and if not they off a car service. Front desk staff (and their fresh baked cookies) are warm and helpful. Bar staff friendly. Didn’t use spa but I may next time.

    I would like to register a complaint as well as request a refund for $49.85. When I booked this hotel on Priceline the total charge was $492.27. When the charge hit my Visa card I was charged $542.12. If you don’t refund my money ASAP I’m going to dispute the charge through Visa. I’ll also write a bad review and never book with your companies again.

    The staff is wonderful. They are all so friendly and helpful. We had two separate bookings for two nights and they were able to combine the bookings so we didn’t have to change rooms. They also had great restaurant recommendations. The location is fabulous, close to everything. I definitely recommend Aloft Greenville and would happily stay there again.

    This hotel is the perfect location in downtown Greenville. It overall is a great AC Marriott. The bar area is really cool and the breakfast is great. I highly recommend this hotel mainly for the location and ambience! You can walk to everything…. falls and trail, shopping and restaurants!
