    The condominium was very spacious, quiet, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We were granted an upgrade upon registering at arrival, which was an incredibly pleasant surprise. The paperwork at check-in was a bit much, but I can understand the place wanting to make sure the guests treated the place properly, so future guests may also enjoy everything. I hope to return to this resort the next time we find ourselves in Pigeon Forge.

    Our bathroom was outdated but clean. Registration staff was not very friendly, but the other staff was. The pool was very nice. I liked that the rooms we rented were side by side. We did not eat the breakfast.

    Beautiful Facility and very clean! The Registration Staff was very friendly and I was also impressed that the Manager on Duty had a Desk in the Main Lobby Entrance. The Manager made a point to speak to us every time we would come through the Lobby and ensure that our Stay we had everything we needed.

    The room was clean, reasonable, nice balcony view with rockers, yummy full breakfast, river and tubes available at the registration office to check out, nice swimming pull, fast elevator and covered parking. we had a really nice stay and it was close to all the attractions.

    loved that we were on the ground floor. Parking could be difficult as there were just enough spaces for 1car per room. it was fairly clean, but very few hotels seem to get corners. I was glad for no carpet. the breakfast bar was excellent!

    I may be wrong, but I thought online, it said $14 a day for valet parking. When I checked out on my receipt, it was $20 a day. It really doesn't matter, the valet parking at Margaritaville was excellent. We use valet parking everywhere we travel because of my handicap, the Westin, the Hilton, the Hyatt and my husband remarked that this valet service at Margaritaville was the best he had ever seen. Coming from him, that speaks volumes. Thanks so much!
