Ledbury
Originally built in 1564, The Feathers Hotel, Ledbury, Herefordshire still maintains much of its original Tudor architecture today, nestled in the historic market town of Ledbury.
With rustic wooden-beamed frameworks, the stylish, individually designed rooms at The Feathers Hotel, Ledbury, Herefordshire each feature a flat-screen TV, an en suite bathroom, complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer.
Placed in the center of Ledbury, easy to find but we arrived in the middle of the town carnival. So we ended up in the Coop
parking to begin with near the hotel (restrictions lifted for the carnival!) Got help from the hotel staff and could park at the rear of the hotel when the carnival crowds had gone. Generally people are very helpful so our problems finding a way into Ledbury during the carnival to the hotel were solved.
Good breakfast, choice of continental or full english breakfast. Room and hotel were really impressive. We ate out in the evening, good choice of resturants nearby and in the hotel itself, wish we had stayed longer to try them all out.
There is a map of the town marking all the places of interest which take you for an easy walk around the town.

Both are so helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area. Excellent location, lovely breakfasts and really comfortable bed. Contrary to reports about the noise from the nearby A40, no problem sleeping when shutters and curtains closed. Would definately recommend this B&B.

The accommodation was all top quality fixtures and fittings, huge comfy bed and luxury bathroom, couldn't have asked for anymore. We hope to return in the future and would highly recommend.
Staff from start to finish were outstandingly friendly, attentive and professional. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and log fire was roaring. Our rooms were superb. A fantastic stay 😁🌟
The breakfast was excellent, the view from the front of the property was outstanding, and the bathroom was a luxury.
Large airy room lovely toiletries great tv. We had dinner on 2 nights and each meal was brilliant. Breakfast was good with top quality produce. Many thanks to the young chef who was superb. All staff extremely pleasant and professional
Absolutely lovely place! Truly luxury experience. Nothing was any trouble. Hosts are excellent, breakfast was superb!!
Friendly and welcoming. Beautiful features. Room was big and very luxurious. The bed was so comfortable! No indoor or outside noise could be heard. Everything was to hand and the property is close to the Town Centre. Parking was no problem. Gorgeous breakfast with a variety of foods available. Highly recommend staying here. Fantastic value for money with all the luxury at a low price.
Room was faultless and beat was excellent for us. Only issue was the location away from the hotel but in the town house away from the main hotel. Beautiful as it was we were situated behind the main door and next to the street which disturbed us when people came in and out; neither could we open the window but a fan was provide which helped. Apart from the location of room 21 everything would have been 5 stars. .
Recentley re-furbished to a high standard, but keeps its 16th century history throughout.Food was top quality and cooked to perfection.
The food was excellent and you certainly could not complain about the portions. The menu was varied. The breakfast was superb. Full marks to the chef - outstanding. Also could not fault the service.
