The Loft was amazing. Spotlessly Clean and very comfortable. The towels were large bath sheets and very thick, this was a definite first for us. Toilet rolls and cleaning products supplied, again this was unusual. Nice touches, two cakes on a cake stand with a bottle of beer and a small prosseco was on the table, didnt expect anything as only a 3 night stay. Tea coffee sugar, bottle of orange juice and pint of milk was also suppled. The style of the loft, I wasn’t expecting much storage, but very large cupboards were in the lounge and the hallway definitely useful if staying longer and wanted everything out of the way. The bed was really comfortable and was a lovely room. Hugh windows in the slanted ceiling offered plenty of light and a nice through breeze when it was hot.

Annie and Jim were very friendly and helpful but you had perfect privacy. A welcome basket with Annie’s delicious spelt bread and Jim’s plum jam was a lovely touch. The Folly is small but beautifully thought out and the garden is full of birds including woodpeckers, jays and a bullfinch. A perfect spot to relax on the loungers and read a book. Close to Weobley, a gentle walk away, which has a couple of pubs and cafes including The Green Bean which does great snacks.
