WOW What a hotel! If you're in Udaipur and want to enjoy a little heavenly Oasis, then you must stay at the Raffles! We went for a wedding so that's the main reason for staying there, but wow we were just impressed by everything. The room (spectacular), the food (delicious), the facilities (amazing), the grounds (beautiful). From the moment you are greeted to get on the boat which takes you to the island where the hotel is to the moment of checkout, the experience was amazing. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful! Highly recommend all those visiting to at least enjoy an evening or two at this palace.

Awesome property but more than the property its the Trident staff’s care, service and attention to details that was exceptional. From the start we were made to feel at home. Akshath who greeted us in Trident Udaipur, was exemplary in his service standards n showed what this hotel gives importance to.. There were so many staffs tat it is very difficult to name everyone from the Room service staffs to the restaurant staffs all provided us a great service wen at our stay at Trident Udaipur.
