Meaning it seems to be refurbished from storage room next to restaurant. If you want natural sunshine, you have to open a gate.

My personal experience is that the comfort level of the stay is even higher than a 4-star hotel. You can enjoy the quietness in the evening and a perfect dinner with some wine, sitting at the high, facing the sea and the town with lightning far below, talking with someone you loved. It’s really romantic.
Perfect location, 2mins from a ferry, Lovely bright room with cool view from balcony. Fridge, extra soft pillows, nice lightning. Delicious breakfast - coffe, juice, cake, croissant, jams, honey, omelette etc. Very clean and good equipped bathroom including even 'beauty kits'. Hugs for blond Lady in jeans and cheerful Sir who makes our breakfast perfect beginning of the day, full of smiles. Unfortunately I don't know their names.
Fantastique pool, nicely warm thanks to an exceptional sun exposure. We even had night swims thanks to the pool lightning. The views towards the Etna are amazing: get up at 6am to see the sunrise, it's worth it! Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating for late checkout, very caring. The house itself is very very nice, with all modern comfort you can wish for. Panoramic view through the glass windows all around. We wished we would have booked a longer stay!
The room was perfect, nice led lightning in the bathroom. You will get a ticket for breakfast in nearby Cafe bar.

The hotel is located in a unique ancient building in the very center of Taormina. The hotel is historical - it has been operating for more than 100 years. We love hotels that have a sense of history, so we really enjoyed it. May not suit those looking for modernity. The rooms were cleaned every day - it smelt clean. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Thank you!
The host was excelent. We changed 3 different hotels during the same stay including very fancy one, but focus to customer and the feeling to be taken care of was the best in La Guardiola Di Angela e Nino. On top, there were everything you might need: iron and small ironing table, umbrela, shared kitchen with good coffee and snacks, places to visit and have meals, lightning reaction to extra requests. The location is also perfect. Surely the best place we've stayed in Taormina.
It's situated near the main station, market ballaro, cathedral, the palace of Normans and many spots worth to see. Apart from the central location, the flat itself beautifully decorated ant the illumination is a nice touch crowning your stay in Palermo. Ivan and his fiancee were so kind to respond timely anytime we needed help to get around. If you intend to stay in Palermo as a nice single or pair there is no better place. Thanks, Ivan

Manlio's place (the owner) is a real beauty in the historic centre of Palermo, few meters from the Vucciria market. The Bnb is as beautiful as in the pictures! So much attention to details has been put in the choice of furniture, lightning and materials. You really feel like at home. Manlio is one of the kindest hosts I've met. He helped us plan our 2 day visit of Palermo, including attractions to see, restaurants, transportations, etc. Finally, the breakfast is delicious! Thank you so much for the 10/10 experience!
