The staff was so friendly and kind and answered all questions we had. The man at the front desk in the morning showed us where to find the closest location to join the hop on/hop off tour and gave us a map. They gave us a spot to store our luggage because our room wasn’t ready, and had already put our luggage in our room for us when we returned late in the evening. The location was amazing - a quiet street and very close to the Luxembourg gardens which was perfect for a relaxed morning visit before we left.

Olga and the team at reception went above and beyond to accomodate my requests. They were always friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was always spotless after it had been cleaned. It was in a perfect location and easy to walk to place de La concord, arc de triumph and close to all shopping! I would definitely return.

What an amazing apartment. Spotlessly clean and we had a courtyard apartment so it was also very quiet. Great amenities - full kitchen, dishwasher, modern showers and washing machine. It's very close to metro stations, surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafes and bakeries and only 10 minutes walk (max) from the Seinne. We were able to walk easily to the Louvre museum. We arrived after reception had closed but found the online check-in process very simple. Would certainly come back.
