We are really happy that we stayed here because the family was really nice and the terrace is so beautiful and good to chill out.
We did the 2nights-3days jungle Tour (hostel recommended) and it was amazing. The food was really good and we got big portiones. The staff there was always really helpful and they explained a lot to us, the vibe there is awesome!

It offers activity packed jungle tours and clean rooms with plenty of natural light. Great Lodge at a calm area next to the river and close to the center. The staff specially Ana was very helpful with informations about the area.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in Ecuador. Guests can book this without giving a second thought. This is suitable for all kinds of travelers. The property is well maintained and looks more like a resort in the middle of a forest rather than hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are also spacious. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The location is close to shops and restaurants. The owner lady Elizabeth is very friend and ready to help.
The breakfast is a typical american breakfast and it is good.

Very nice lodges (9), spacious, cozy decorated in fantastic garden with pool and nice corners to sit. Food is super, from breakfast, over lunch to dinner! The hikes starting from the lodge were fun and sometimes even challenging. The jungle safari was less enjoyable (only the part on water was fun, the rest was too touristy, the community for example). Special mention for Sean, he arranged everything and did his best to make you feel at home, the right man on the right place! Top location! Would so go back ...

Beautifull, quiet place in the middle of nature. Comfortable beds, nice and big bathroom. Very friendly owners. We got a tour through the big gardens and a lot of interesting information about the medicinal plants growing there. The owners rescue wounded parrots. I can definately recommend this place.

Beautiful setting and the bungalow was perfect for our family of six (they brought in an extra bed for us)! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and content. We were especially impressed with Daniel, Suyú, and Sara. The restaurant was great and the air conditioning was really nice. Beautiful grounds!

Beautiful new ecolodge. Manager and staff go out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
The lodge is accessible via public transport from Tena and you can find interesting activities in walking distance. The place itself is located wonderfully in the midst of nature.
Franzi and Flavio delivered our amazing breakfast and dinner at the lodge. The lodge is surounded by a forest with great wildlife like monkeys and birds. We did a trip to the rescue center too. The center was not as big as we thought (which is good!) but we had a lovely time with Julio. He showed us the animals and told us a lot about fruits and plants that grow in the area.
We absolutely loved our stay at Rio Napo Lodge. I guess we went out of season (November) but it was still surprising that we seemed to be the only guests. We had the use of the wonderful pool to ourselves, which was nice. But the resort deserves better. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was how we wanted it. At the time of our visit, the bridge to Puerto Misahualli was still out but for a minimal sum (about a dollar) you could take a boat across to town, which was much more fun than driving anyway.
The food was delicious and the lodge clean and nice. The guide was very knowledgable and found a lot of invisible animals. The nature and animals are of course exceptionals and we have made memories that will last a lifetime.
The location was beautiful. In the morning the air was filled with bird singing. Our first floor room was specious, clean and had aircon. The lodge's manager spoke very good English, which was a bonus, as none of us could speak Spanish. The Napo river boat trip arranged by the lodge's manager was amazing.
It is a nice and clean lodge. We were only two people in the lodge for one night (plus hotel personnel - 1 and the dog). It was nice but very unusual. Internet works only in the lobby. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious.

This place was magical! It was truly the lodge of my dreams. I’ve travelled a lot - 50 + countries and this might be one of my favourite stays ever. It’s this little tropical oasis with a gorgeous pool, fantastic staff, great food, massages available on site, gorgeous bungalows. It was the best value compared to the similar lodges that were $800/night. Would highly recommend!
