Hiking trails start less than 2 km from Paradise Lodge and Bungalows. A sightseeing gondola tour is just 6.8 km away.
Our place was very clean and it was facing the mountains and gardens away from the streets with cars.
The kitchenette was well equipped with efficiency and the bathroom was luxurious and new.
The location was super for visiting near by lakes and walking to trail heads.

Located in the Kicking Horse River Valley surrounded by the Canadian Rocky Mountains, these cabins offer stone fireplaces and antique furniture. The property features guided hiking tours and canoe rentals. Free WiFi is available in the main lodge and most rooms. The staff were fantastic and every little detail was perfect. We were celebrating my partners birthday with a trip around Canada. We were only staying one night and were greeted with a bottle of fizz and it was one of our favourite places out of the trip. Even better than the chateau Lake Louise! Would love to come back and stay for a lot longer.
This is NOT a lodge . It is a very old rundown MOTEL of barely 2 stars. Nothing to like. Noisy, smelly and old rooms. Terrible decor from 1970s.
One night stay prior to going into Skoki Lodge. Check-in was quick and easy. Close to Lake Louise mall for last minute food and sundries. Peyto cafe onsite was really handy with great food at reasonable prices - house salad was fresh and crisp, chilli was hearty. Communal kitchen in basement was bright and well-equipped, with 3 big fridges and bins to label and put your food in. Easy check-out; storage facility for luggage in basement area, with locks available to buy ($8) onsite.

Unbelievable location and layout, so quaint, quiet, and sophisticated! Main lodge is beautiful and full of history, food was exceptional, and the bar/lounge is absolutely awesome!
Accomodation is in wooden lodges by the lake. Room had a fireplace in it and logs which we didn't use as weather was hot. Handy shuttle bus takes you from car park to welcoming hotel reception. Great position on Emerald lake, very scenic. You can hire canoes on the lake.
Stayed in the family room for 5 and it was spacious and comfortable. 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed met our needs perfectly. Breakfast provided was better than we expected and well done. We were there in early May and the lodge was not fully booked so we enjoyed having it less crowded. Location is close to Lake Louise and the hiking trails around town. I believe it is one of the less expensive lodges in Lake Louise but it is perfectly adequate accomodations. I would be surprised if anyone finds it disappointing.
Beautiful location, nice rooms in the lodges although a little dated. Beautiful views over the lake from our balcony. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
The lake is gorgeous. The lodges are so nice and the perfect size. Property is very nice for walking. Food was good too!
