Situated alongside the Katherine River and Nitmiluk Gorge, Cicada Lodge boasts an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant and a bar. Guests receive a welcome drink on arrival and can enjoy free evening canapes and drinks. They had an exceptional staff: very efficient, friendly and super attentive. The breakfast was included and was beautifully presented and exceptional. They also had a happy hour period where guests could mingle for drinks and canapés. We would highly recommend Cicada Lodge!
Rakula
The lodge provides guests with a terrace, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave, and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. A stovetop and toaster are also available, as well as a kettle. The accomodations were very well presented, clean and value for money. Rog & Viv provided some unexpected necessities (bread, bacon, ice-cream) since the accomodation is a little remote. It was great value for money and private
Kings Canyon
Located in Kings Canyon, Kings Creek Station provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with an outdoor swimming pool.
There is a shared bathroom with shower in some units, along with free toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers.
The lodge offers a barbecue.

Point Stuart
Situated in the heart of the Mary River Wetlands, Point Stuart Wilderness Lodge offers various air-conditioned accommodation options, and wildlife and wetland tours. Free private parking is available on site. comfortable rooms, tasty meals, good bar, lots of activities, really nice pool. Quiet, great outlook over the lodge/ farm. Friendly staff. Sunset tour, wetlands boat cruise and a Barra fishing trip were all organised by the lodge for my family- they were so much fun and we had a great time.

As in all such backpacker style Lodges, there are some individuals who don't clean up after themselves in public areas. The absence of any staff there enables people to leave a mess behind.
Very nice place. The Lodges were very well equiped, very tasteful and nice.
Neat lodges great food
It was so nice to me surrounded by nature and not have any tv or wi-fi for the 3 days we were there. We were able to enjoy the peace and quiet and relax. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The Saloon bar is a great service provided and it clear to see that the owners take pride and great care in maintaining the Lodge and the surrounds. We went on the night time safari and it was great. The staff know the area and are able to provide suggestions on what to do and where to go.
Great location with beautiful wildlife around (Wallabies, buffalos, cattle) The walk from the lodges to Mary River is nice. The staff was very accommodating and friendly (not so much on the phone though). It was very quiet and peaceful.
Will be definitely recommending Safari lodge to my friends and family
The motel rooms at Safari Lodge Motel are modern and well equipped and the location is terrific. The premises is also secure with gates that lock after hours.
Lodges are pretty newly renovated

Great pool and bar area. BBQs we’re handy. Lodges we’re well spaced.
