This place was so cute! It had a lodge vibe, kind of retro. There was a great heated indoor swimming pool. The staff was friendly. It has it's a great Mercantile and I bought lots of gifts and souvenirs. Free breakfast was good and included. You can get a discount on the ferry tickets to Mackinac Island at the front desk and they will also have a shuttle pick you up and take you to the ferry port. I wish I could've stayed here longer.
The included breakfast was amazing, it was very good. I thought it was going to be a continental breakfast. The location of Cedar Hill Lodge was very easy to access.
The staff was super helpful and friendly. always welcoming you when you walked in . made me feel comfortable. Lodge was impressive when we walked in felt like home. loved the decor and the little gift shop was so cute.
Wonderful little motor-side lodge type place. Room was small but adequate. It was perfect for an overnight stop. The keeper of the lodge was wonderful and added little touches.
It's a very convenient location, and the staff over the years has been friendly. The motel is older, but the room was comfy and clean. The AC worked well, and there was a refrigerator and microwave. It may seem a bit expensive for what it is, but lodging prices in Saint Ignace are about $30 more expensive than anywhere I recently stayed crossing the country, and it is in line with the local St Ignace lodging market.
The rooms were very clean and well kept. You can tell that they care about the comfort of their guests. We LOVED the lodge look and how comfortable the entire room was. Will definitely highly recommend to others! :)
