We loved our stay at Shepherds Hut. It's a stunning location, so quiet and peaceful. However what makes it is the comfort of the hut. It is very cosy and the beds are really comfortable and the attention to detail is amazing. The hot tub and pizza oven are the cherry on the pie, completely adding to the relaxing vibe. We will definitely be back. Thanks Gavin for everything!

From the minute I booked to the moments we left the communication was excellent. The entire property was spotless and welcoming. I have stayed at this holiday park previously but not in this particular cabin and I have to say it was of a great standard. The photos on booking.com are a true reflection of how the cabin is presented. Far more homely than a travelodge! The bedsheets were spotless and crisp...I stay regularly at hotels & B&Bs for my job and would recommend this cabin for business or pleasure.

Just spent 5 nights in a 3 bed lodge which was beautiful. It’s only a short walk from the town centre and castle which was great. On the whole the lodge was very well equipped and clean, the insides of the wardrobes could do with a wipe down as there were some stains and a bit of a foisty smell. We spent a lot more time in the accommodation due to terrible weather than what we usually would but we felt very comfortable there and had a lovely relaxing time.

Decor of the room was lovely, choice at breakfast was very good and freshly cooked. Car park a short walk away and a free parking badge was provided, you have to pay if you stay in Travelodge or Premier Inn. Will stay again.
