Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
The hotel is undergoing a refurbished, so I have to take this into consideration. The room I had was very clean, very comfortable bed . Tea and coffee and a welcome pack. Views fantastic. There are plenty of rooms around the bar to go and sit down in for a drink. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in a long time and worth the money. I usually stay in Llandudno travel lodge but tried here as it was cheaper but now I think I will definitely stay here again
The Cedar Lodge was Excellent, very clean lovely bedrooms Excellent breakfast good choice, good location and excellent host's Tracey was very friendly and new the area and recommended places to eat.
The hotel was awful. We had a terrible stay. After seeing the staff upon arrival we never saw them again. The room was run down, paint peeling off the walls, dirty units, a hole in the window which theyd used cardboard to board up, torn nets, loose plaster, loose wires and damaged fixtures. There was also no space in the room. We attempted to speak to staff however there was never anyone there and no one answering the phones. I would never stay here again and I have lodged a complaint with booking.com
Just got home from a weekend break at Cedar Lodge. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and the location was perfect for parking up right outside the guesthouse and a short walk to the many shops, bars and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and breakfast was amazing. Definitely worth a return visit. Thank you Tracey and Simon
Warm and welcoming owners. Room was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the property. Breakfast was delicious, hot and cooked to order.Cedar Lodge is positioned centrally with all attractions within easy walking distance. Could not fault anything, with the added bonus of parking. Will definitely stay again when next in Llandudno.
Everything about Cedar Lodge was excellent - Tracey and Simon were really friendly and helpful hosts, breakfast was superb, rooms exceptionally clean and parking and location were great.
Cedar lodge was in a excellent location, just a short walk to the main part, the breakfast was amazing and plenty of it… Tracey and Simon couldn’t do enough for you. The bed was so comfy was a lovely stay and will be returning.
Really enjoyed our break at Cedar lodge,Tracey and Simon were really great hosts couldn't fault anything, breakfast was delicious, rooms were spotless and would definitely recommend
Owners welcoming and efficient. Hotel appears clean and tidy. Rooms serviced to a high standard and all in all for £45.00 plus £7.00 for breakfast it was totally acceptable when the nearby travel lodge was quoting £155 for a room with no breakfast for the same night..!
Great position on the promenade a very short walk to the centre of town. Would use again.
Dubsy.
