The hotel was in a fantastic location for accessing Snowden, and what made it even more pleasurable was that we could park directly outside of our lodges before an early start in the AM. Given the early start, we anticipated that we wouldn’t be able to access the breakfast, but the hotel laid on lunches that we could have from 4am which was a huge, and well received surprise. A great spot, would thoroughly recommend.

Great location, we stayed in one of the lodges so was able to park our motorcycle right up to the door. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent. All of staff were very approachable and gave help when asked.

I just love everything about the Waterloo. Location, breakfast, comfort, hotel bar. We always stay in the lodges, we prefer them to the main hotel. And you can park right outside which is great if rainy. The gym, pool and jacuzzi are such an added bonus.

It was in the perfect location for our Snowdon trip. I absolutely loved the Welsh dragon on the door mat, such a lovely touch. The lodges are lovely and very comfortable and with a parking space right outside your door is an added bonus. The modern bathroom was a pleasant surprise and the towel warmer kept the bathroom nice and toasty.

Our room was one of the lodges outside the main hotel and were very comfortable, warm and very clean. The staff were also very friendly and really made us feel welcome. We loved that we could back our car up to the door. We ate in the main part of the hotel and the food was very good. I always judge a hotel by its scrambled eggs, the majority of the ones I stay in serve up yellow shredded rubber, but thankfully here it was bang on.
