We had booked a one night stay in a room but were upgraded to a suite which was a wonderful end to our trip. The suite was exceptional and far beyond our expectations. Cannot fault a single thing, would definitely be staying here again if I'm ever back in Singapore.
Staff were always on hand, we never had to look for a member of staff as there was always someone around and approaching us before we even had a chance to find someone.
