Excellent new and modern serviced apartments. The lounge was the highlight. I don't usually use hotel lounges, but this one was a focal point of the building, where all the guests could grab drinks and snacks, especially at the popular happy hour. The location of the lounge made it popular with all the guests, unlike other hotels with a small lounge tucked away on another floor. Furthermore, it's in a large and historic building, so there's always a quiet corner that one could work in. The room furnishings were high quality and the staff very hospitable, everything was always kept clean and tidy. The location was great, and with the hotel bikes one could easily cycle along the river to MBS and other places, well away from traffic.

This is a lovely old heritage building next to Bugis Street and Bugis MRT. The apartment I had was a one bedroom with a balcony, living room, kitchenette and bathroom. All very pleasant, well equipped and spotlessly clean, but what makes this place really special are the people who work in it. I met Rey, who is the Manager at the reception, and Warren, as well as a young woman who worked on reception also. So helpful and friendly. It seemed nothing was too much trouble. This made it feel like home and I can't wait to go back again. As mentioned in other reviews there is some traffic noise if you have an apartment facing the main road so bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. You won't be disappointed. Thank you especially to Rey who is such a nice chap. If I needed anything the team just sorted it. Thank you. You are all great.

Very clean room and great location - 1 min walk to Chinatown station. Also the instruction from the hotel was very clear from the moment when I booked. It was my first time to check in hotels online but since I was in the group chat of their concierge, I could just text them if I had any questions. The staff in Atelier is really nice, supporting and friendly. The first afternoon when I came back from outside to Atelier, it's like back to an old friend's home. I feel cozy and comfortable. The rooms and facilities are quiet and clean and cool. They also serve free breakfast with a simple menu for guest to choose from. And I met a new friend Grace here in Atelier and traveled together, how wonderful.
