Room and bathroom fresh new of course some details been not finalized such as TV cable connection, leaders tools boxes on the stairs, but that is normal during works in progress. Car garage space been provided, the staff very helpful. Breakfast is 6 different offers plus drink and coffee - good. To summarize - pleasant surprise.

The people are very nice and friendly (as they are all over Serbia). Nis is a good place for walking around the city and shopping as well.

Great city for a weekend trip from Sofia. Plenty to see and experience. The food is delicious and cheap. The people are hospitable and kind. There is a beautiful view around the river and the fortress. Try some pleskavica and enjoy yourself!

Great shopping areas, amazing food and everything very affordable. Very helpful and kind people everywhere. We shopped in Delta shopping mall, but we found a lot of local stores in the "underground" as they call it. Massive shopping area under ground, just under the pedestrian zone near Ambassador hotel. Absolutely everything you can imagine, clothes, shoes, dresses, leather jackets, purses, watches, etc.
Not many people speaks English, always have some cash with you.

a good place to stay overnight. the restaurants ( especially in the hotels) are quite good and very reasonable in the pricing. as far as sightseeing is concerned there is nothing special to mention. however if you want to visit the sights in the wider area of Nis it definitely is a good choice to stay there.

I know lots about the town of Nish, but haven't stayed before. The nightlife is just amazing. There are so many places you could go out and enjoy and it is not too expensive, too. We were there for a concert and we loved every minute of it.

We stop in Nis for one night on our way to Greece and back. This year we had really bad luck cause the weather was awful on both days we stopped in Nis. Rainy and extremely cold. We could not take advantage of the city. We always stay in the center which is great to go for a walk downtown or in the fortress. We always eat at Stambolijski restaurant and the food is amazing.
It was already the second time we stayed in this hotel and I would always choose it when coming to Nis. The staff is very friendly, makes you feel at home from the first moment. Rooms and bathrooms are great. It is a bit far from the city center, but taxi fees are low, so you can just leave the car there and enjoy your stay. Also dogs are allowed and there is a nice open area close to the hotel where you can walk the dog. We even got water bottles for our journey as a good-bye gift. Don't miss this lovely place.

Exceptional everything!
The staff is extremely helpful, involved and dedicated. The communication with Emilija was very natural, easy and helpful. She did everything in her power to make our stay delightful.
The location of the apartment is really close to the city center, close to restaurants, bars,and pubs.
The apartment itself is like a hotel room. Extremely clean, very comfortable and with all the amenities that you can imagine.

Staff was extremely kind and helping. Receptionist helped us to book parking space on the street just in front of hotel, cost was 6eur for 24h. Hotel is just on the street with restaurants and cafes, close to market and pharmacy. Its just the best hotel in Nis for few days. Room is spacious and clean, although there were few non working things in the room, it was taken care nothing to miss for our stay. Breakfast was included in price and had everything.
The best accommodation in Nis. This is my second booking in this hotel. The property is very clean. It is very safe place. Staff has been amazing! They are incredibly helpful. Location is at the city center exactly. I recommend this place to everyone who thinks to visit Nis. There is a bar with the garden below the building. You can have very tasty draft beer there though. I found my favorite beer Kozel there ! Thanks for everything . I will visit again

Breakfast is 5 euros per person. There are a couple of predefined breakfast options you can choose from (eg. omlette, fried eggs, toast, cereal, etc.). Also coffee or tea is included in the breakfast price. We were satisfied with our choice.
There is a small parking lot right in front of the hotel.
The hotel is at the city center, close to the pedestrian street and the Nish castle. We had easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and places to just have a walk. There is an option to use the hotel parking or at non busy days to park at the side street, which is a big plus. The breakfast is good and the room was spacious with comfortable bed. Overall very happy with our stay.

Small hotel at the edge of Nis. Easy to get there by car. Ample parking spaces. Only about EUR 3 to get to the center of Nis by cab. The stuff is super nice and very helpful. The breakfast is great. The spa is ideal for a few hours of relaxation and is included in the price.
Great place to stay! The hotel is excellent! There is parking, close to the city center, excellent rooms and great staff. We were only for one night, but when I go to Nis again, I will not look for another place, only this "The Only One Suites".
