The Hotel is wonderful the rooms are huge with great views over the square and beyond, the staff were very helpful and friendly and we were given a free upgrade to a deluxe suite which was fantastic this was our second stay here and we have already booked again for later this year. It is a perfect hotel for anyone travelling through Serbia or visiting Nis. The restaurant is also worth a try the food was great and the staff really nice.

Great city for a weekend trip from Sofia. Plenty to see and experience. The food is delicious and cheap. The people are hospitable and kind. There is a beautiful view around the river and the fortress. Try some pleskavica and enjoy yourself!

Great shopping areas, amazing food and everything very affordable. Very helpful and kind people everywhere. We shopped in Delta shopping mall, but we found a lot of local stores in the "underground" as they call it. Massive shopping area under ground, just under the pedestrian zone near Ambassador hotel. Absolutely everything you can imagine, clothes, shoes, dresses, leather jackets, purses, watches, etc.
Not many people speaks English, always have some cash with you.

a good place to stay overnight. the restaurants ( especially in the hotels) are quite good and very reasonable in the pricing. as far as sightseeing is concerned there is nothing special to mention. however if you want to visit the sights in the wider area of Nis it definitely is a good choice to stay there.

I know lots about the town of Nish, but haven't stayed before. The nightlife is just amazing. There are so many places you could go out and enjoy and it is not too expensive, too. We were there for a concert and we loved every minute of it.

We stop in Nis for one night on our way to Greece and back. This year we had really bad luck cause the weather was awful on both days we stopped in Nis. Rainy and extremely cold. We could not take advantage of the city. We always stay in the center which is great to go for a walk downtown or in the fortress. We always eat at Stambolijski restaurant and the food is amazing.
Few minutes taxi drive from the main bus station. The apartment is huge (2 bedrooms), and very clean, with everything needed for a short or even longer stay in Nis. Complete kitchen with all appliances for cooking, 3 LCD TV with free Wi-fi, and hundreds of channels. A warm place with a great balcony and with an excellent view. Close to the city center. Highly recommended to singles, couples, or couples with kids, for a few days or a longer stay. Probably much better and certainly much cheaper than booking a hotel.
I liked a lot the attitude of the staff - all were very kind and nice, supportive and smiled. The location was lovely even a bit nosy due to the nearest center of the city, it was fine. We stayed there during the weekend, so the noise was all acceptable. I appreciate a lot the fact that the staff has booked parking place for my car and this was an exceptional advantage in the crowded center of the city. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends, visiting Nis. THANKS
Hotel is very clean and modern.. Anna and sanja from reception they were really nice and helpful. They gave many useful information about events going on in the city and directions.
Breakfast was nice too.. Room was very big and clean with modern style.
The only point that the hotel is bit far from city center but taxi is very cheap (like 4 or 5 euros).

Appartment is spectacular. We were in awe how clean, fresh and well spaced it was. They offer you a garage and it's a non smoking appartment. Folks are very friendly, and they have cute malinoa that likes to get pets - very big plus from me 'cause of him :D We will definitely stay at their place whenever we're in Nis, and will come back next year!
Eveyrthing was great, we had nice time in this small / boutique hotel in the heart of Nis! Staff were helpful, especially owner that helped us with the parking and one lady that keeps hotel clean - (Milijana)! Big plus of this accommodation is free and safe parking space behind the building. Thank you guys and see you again!
SMART has a cool concept of being a hotel and a radio station. The owner, Ivana, is a super nice lady. We really enjoyed our long talks! Everyone is super helpful. You can enjoy a nice coffee, juice or rakia in the backyard while learning about Nis and Serbian history. I highly recommend staying at SMART when visiting Nis.

THEE best location in downtown directly overlooking the Nišava river. Everything in town is a 10-15 min walk. This is a loft with roof windows which let in the sun in the morning and the view is pretty. High ceilings, classy furniture, exposed brick wall and wooden beams. Highly recommend.
Everything was great, especially for this price! I have been a few times to Nis but I cannot compare this hotel to any other. It was super clean and the guy from the reception was very friendly and helped us with absolutely everything! Deffinitely recommend and will visit again in the future!

The hotel is very old, but fully renovated. It's in the heart centre of Niš. By foot you can reach all important and interesting places like the fortress, the pedastrian zone with shops and cafes.
