I would say the best experience you can get is in a group of friends, mostly due to the nice shared kitchen/living room.
Overall, this accomodation is only worth it for its interior and close proximity to the center.

Excellent family room, comfy beds, kettle and mini fridge. Dining area has a kettle and microwave but not cooking facilities. You can order from local restaurants and they can deliver to the hotel. Good location for the ski slope if you have hired a car (no local bus). Staff are helpful and if no one is in reception you can call or message them and they are very responsive.
In Toplita centre, 100 metres from Urmanczy Thermal Bath, Hotel Mures offers free WiFi in all areas, free private parking and a terrace. Safety deposit boxes are available at the reception.
