I would say the best experience you can get is in a group of friends, mostly due to the nice shared kitchen/living room.

We stayed at Raluca's apartment for a few days as we came for the wedding celebrations. Location is perfect, as only a few minutes walk from the registry office and church.
Raluca is the kindest host, we were quite delayed with our transport from airport, but she didn't mind waiting and was ever so nice, she even brought us some apples from her garden.
The facility is well equipped, there were plenty of storage space, beds were comfortable and we found it very neat and tidy. Rooms were of very decent size.
