I stayed here for a few days and I honestly could say we had a lovely pleasant time. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. They would go extra lengths to make sure you are having a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious. Really cannot fault it. And I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I like the comfort of the room, calmness, a beautiful balcony view, well managed and clean room, bathroom was clean and towels also. Everything is excellent. The most important thing is the booking procedure which is very easy and simple. The staff was so good and humble. The service was quick enough.

I like 2 things about this property
Firstly it is in the middle of the city , right across the emporium mall and in the major commercial area meaning there were plenty of eateries and other options available,
Secondly it is a private apartment, meaning you have the whole 1BHK apartment for yourself
1) Very close proximity to Emporium Mall. Which is a great treat.
2) T.V & AC working well throughout my stay.
3) Nice views of the city from the top floors.
4) Impressed with the complimentary buffet breakfast and dining hall.
5) Bathroom was very well lit.
6) Good value for money.
7) The hotel is situated next door to a bank which was very useful. And restaurants and shops are found nearby too.
8) Rooms were very clean and the bed sheets too.
9) I was grateful for the complimentary water bottles I received each day.
The staff is extra friendly and the service is top notch.Tea and coffeed available anytime.Washrooms and rooms are neat and A.Cs/fridges/wifi work perfectly.Emporium mall and Khokhar chowk are closeby on a walking distance.
Great location with exceptional service. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Sumaira at reception who was extremely helpful. Breakfast was great. if you're in Lahore for shopping would definitely recommend staying here as is very conveniently located adjacent to emporium mall.
Based on the price , the hotel location is conveinent and very near to emporium mall. The lower staff is well mannered and helping but the reception is extremly RUDE and have no manners how to greet or talk to customers.
