Nothing , we had booked another place and was recommended this place, but from what we experienced it was appalling ,the service of the people there wasn’t great, we had asked about something not working they replied with what shall we do about that.
The cleanliness of the rooms were disgusting, there was stains on bed I have evidence of this aswell.
In all seriousness I do recommend someone give me a call as we had asked booking.com to give us a call about this but heard nothing from it.

It is not recommended in the current foggy weather conditions where the air quality is hazardous. Some parts of the city were covered in fog (smog) and it wasn't easy to drive. Major tourist destinations were very crowded and it was getting difficult to move around and properly explore them, even for a family picture it was almost impossible to exclude others from the frame. Respiratory tract infections are also common and spread sporadically.

The staff are very careless, reception and specially concierge, no one helping you to cary your luggage and guide you to the room, even I asked one of the bellman, that what’s your job here he replied me I am taking care of store, he wears concierge uniform and stand on concierge disk,
Even on my checkout time no one asked me that how was your stay or why you check out or will you want to stay again in our property or would like to extend your room, no just this your bill and thank you

Everything was excellent from the booking and right up to the checkout process..the only negative issue I had was that you don't offer a shuttle service to collect your visitors from airport and back.
First time visit to Lahore and I have to say the hotel was amazing. Never thought that there could be an amazing hotel in Pakistan. I enjoyed everything about the hotel including the lovely breakfast which had lots of different varieties. The staff were very helpful and professional especially Owais and Neeraj. Honestly all staff were lovely and helpful including the door man on the main hotel door. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10. It is surely a 5 star hotel. The attractions were very close too .
The breakfast was varied and interesting, the staff eager to make us comfortable. The pool area is lovely, with open space above to the roof. The airport transfer was faultless! Above all, at the last minute, when I was taken ill, the hotel did their best to help us, giving us a late checkout and really helping me and my wife at a difficult time. We are both left with a fantastic impression of Pakistani hospitality.
I had a wonderful experience at Smart Hotel Lahore. The room was so clean and peaceful. The outside view from the window of room was picturesque. Also, the staff is so friendly and caring about your stay. I had a breakfast there and the food was so delicious and the quality of food was amazing. Most importantly they respect their guests and make them feel like home. I'll give 10/10 to the ambiance and cleanliness.

Breakfast was good with lots of options , but as the hotel was in Pakistan and lahore I expected the curry to taste better .
