The cleaning staff are always lovely. It is always great to have the option of in-house dinner and dinner and breakfast in the restaurant.

Could walk to the beach and the shops. Very close to the waitangi treaty grounds and attractions. Had sea views. Car was in a garage. Good laundry. Host checked on us after arrival and when we left. Ticked all the boxes.
Views over the water are wonderful from the apartment. Bedroom size was fine but lots of space in living room dining area and a geat kitchen area with great coffee. Close to supermarket and also to Waitangi treaty grounds and easy walking distance to downtown Pahaia with its passenger ferry to Russell. Even closer is the beach which is just across the road
I really liked the location across from the beach and it was in walking distance of the Waitangi Treaty Grounds also another point next to the petrol stations theres a diary and cafe, around corner fish and chips. I appreciated the milk and chocolate, water that were left for us in the fridge that was a lovely gesture.
The manager, Winnie, was exceptionally helpful with advice on restaurants and laundry procedures, as well as with booking the Cape Reinga tour. I enjoyed the quiet of the end unit. It was a pleasant walk to Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
I really enjoyed my stay at Centabay, even though it was for one night. Lots of light and air circulation in the rooms. Beds were comfy and sheets were clean. I didn't use the kitchen but it seemed fully stocked. Very walkable location with restaurants close by. Pleasant walk to Waitangi Treaty Grounds and the beach too.
Very clean and well laid out room. Just on the north end if town but very handy to all facilities and the Waitangi Treaty grounds. Very hospitable hosts who went out of their way to assist us with any queries we had.
The apartment was very well equipped, spacious, comfortable, quiet, friendly, and very convenient for the shops, restaurants, waterfront, and Waitangi Treaty Grounds. Lovely bathroom and shower. Great value for money.
I liked the fact that the Family Room had two seperate rooms. Great location to explore Paihia and to visit the Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
Sheets and beds were clean which was a big plus.
