The lake view is amazing with a large outdoor communal style grass area that overlooks the water!! Breathtaking!
The room is immaculately clean. Great layout. Warm when we arrived. The staff were warm and friendly. A late check with 24.7 reception was great for us arriving late after a hike. Small milk ready in the fridge was a good convenient bonus.

The location of the key is only a minute away from the property. There are heaps of rooms on the property, so everyone has their own space/privacy. Walking distance to the lakefronts, restaurants, supermarket and the Wānaka Tree. We have great time during our stay.
The staff were fabulous in helping out with phone calls and advice for activities. George went above and beyond helping us with our Milford Sound plane excursion. Room was great although I could hear footsteps above us at times. Loved the kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. And, walking on the lake path was very nice - you can leave right from your room to see the Wanaka tree which is just a few minutes down the pathway.
Great, quiet location near the Wanaka tree. Lovely to be a guest in someone's house, especially with such wonderful hosts! Super choice of breakfast items too!
Easy location to find and we arrived late, so that was great that they were still open. The apartment was PERFECT and exactly what we wanted as 2 couples it was comfortable and easy. We walked around Wanaka from the apartment and found everything within an easy 5 to 10 min walk including the Wanaka Tree and local restaurants. Definitely recommend and would look to book again. We also made use of the laundry which was great.
Best place we've stayed in on our travels and this was at the lower end of the price scale. Comfy clean room, close to the city and the Wanaka tree. The staff were FABULOUS!!!!
