Lilliana at reception was Exceptional. As was everyone else. But she was an absolute Delight. Distinction Hotel better look after this wonderful young Lady whom just makes everything that much Better. In my humble estimation she just gave this already delightful experience, further elevation.

Stay here every time we go to Dunedin. Handy to town
Great location - close to the Octagon and touristy sites. Good room size, very comfortable armchairs and decent water pressure in the shower. The kitchen was also well equipped.
Interior has a lot of character. Room was more modern, very clean, very quiet. I can imagine the other rooms would have a great view. I was in a single with a ktchenette. No fuss check in and checkout. Loved having to walk up the hill getting my exercise in, after walking down to the mall and the Octagon.
The Chamberson was conveniently located close to the Octagon and had a luxurious vibe about it. The beds were really comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. As someone who struggles to sleep whilst away (and usually needs an eye mask & noise cancelling headphones!) I can say I slept comfortably with no issues whatsoever. The view was lovely & the big floor to ceiling curtains were black-out so no waking up early!
Lovely big 3 bedroom apartment in a fantastic location. Just a couple of minutes walk to the Octagon, bars and restaurants. Very easy check in and great communication with the hosts. Very well equipped kitchen and a wonderful living area with plenty of seating.
The hotel location is very close to the Octagon, where there are a lot of restaurants. The room size is bigger than standard rooms with two double beds. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The apartment is lovely. The decor is awesome with the exposed brick and polished concrete floors. It is tastefully fitted out with modern fittings that were in keeping with the old brick building. Everything we expected or needed was there in terms of crockery, basic food supplies, glassware, bathroom supplies, etc.
There is even a lift to help you get your luggage up to the second floor if needed.
Really great location with nice cafes very close by and easy walking distance to Princes Street and the Octagon.
We were instantly impressed with the entrance and the decor. Beautiful. Views out the long floor to ceiling sliding doors.
The little touches of breakfast, drinks, books etc. The apartment was fabulous. Location - perfect. So close to the octagon. Felt safe and secure.
