Cleanliness. Quiet neighborhood. Host was exceptionally helpful.
Offers a good view of lake Wanaka but given it was on 2nd floor with only staircase it made it tricky and challenging with heavy luggage. But great neighbourhood and close to town centre. Managed to do a 10k run all the way to Rippon vineyards and back
