The perfect location for us. Our kids 3&5 loved the lakefront playground. We took their scooters and could do a great track around Rotorua. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Replenished often and a great selection

Loved this place! It was an incredible experience. Staff were amazing especially Michelle! My daughter and I weren't quite sure what to expect but we had such a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic and the facilities, from hot jacuzzis looking out to the lake, to the beautiful rooms and dining room/restaurant. The view is amazing with gorgeous black swans swimming on the lake

This is a fantastic location. Very clean and our room was cleaned daily as well. Very tidy. The bed was a bit firm for my liking but was still a good bed to sleep in. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with anything we needed. The room was a great size. I really like that it had a great size kitchenette and all its ammenities. The room had a very new and updated feel. Large bathroom with a lovey shower over a bath too.
