thought we would offer some feedback given we weren’t provided anywhere with the opportunity to do so when we left.
Receptionist-greeting warm and friendly.
We stayed in room 105 and whilst it was presented well, the beds were rock hard-

Both days the towels in the pool area were empty and most people were waiting at least an hour or two for them to be replenished. Other than that the pool facilities were nice.
We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel and have to say if that’s what our tourists are being offered it’s very disappointing! Food was pretty tasteless. In our sitting the veggies were empty and I gave up waiting so a meat dinner it was. The chicken curry on Friday night was the Best of the pickings.
We would like to offer a suggestion for a prayer room.
Little disappointed in our stay to be honest.- and more have expected more from the Rydges brand.

Ability to drive car right up to the front door of the property. The spa pool was an excellent facility especially for the 5 year old in our party. The apartment was relatively spacious.
