A lovely boutique hotel. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. A nice view of the sea and waterfront from my balcony. I would recommend upgrading to the seafront view as mine was a partial view to the side.

Great location beautiful historic interior nice food
Convenient location, walking distance from Otago Museum. Despite being on a main road it was relatively quiet. 2 x double beds made for a comfortable stay. Clean and tidy.
This was the perfect place to stay while visiting St Margaret's College. A short walk away and on the flat. Lovely garden setting. Also less than a 10 minute walk to the wonderful Otago Museum.
The staff were excellent, friendly helpful and happy. The location on George street allowed us to access the Otago museum easily on foot as well as the restaurants and shops further along George street.
