Perfect location, close enough to all the shops/restaurant but far enough that it wasn’t too loud. Cute room which was perfect for about a week long stay. Staff were also great and responsive to questions in the lead up. Would definitely stay here again.

Luxury and modern double story 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment with quality inclusions.
Comfort was warm and cosy with under floor heating, heated towel rails and fan heater in the bathrooms. Main living area has fireplace and split system air-conditioning.
Apartment was clean and neat with well equipped kitchen and facilities.

I definitely recommend staying here. My family had a great time in a comfortable, clean and spacious 2-bedroom suite, and we will certainly return when in Queenstown again. It's just a few minutes walk from the town centre, right next to Lake Wakatipu. The staff were friendly, and let us use the car park for a bit more time after we checked out. A wonderful stay.
Excellent location on Lake Wakatipu. Beautiful surroundings and picturesque. Facilities are excellent with a lovely day spa. Restaurant breakfast was good with lots to choose from. Rooms very comfortable with a bath, great views and a gas fire place. Close to the airport. Water taxi to town or easy drive.
Lovely staff :) Lida in particular was absolutely wonderful!!! :D She was super friendly and we loved speaking with her. We adored the Kamana Soak overlooking Lake Wakatipu :) The rooms are modern and the main restaurant overlooks Lake Wakatipu and boasts awesome views. I loved meeting Dirty Frank (a fluffy white cat who loves to hang around outside the hotel :D ). We also really appreciated the note and chocolate for my mums birthday - that was a sweet and thoughtful gesture!! :)
Great view of Lake Wakatipu. Free parking on site and a close walk to the Queenstown town centre. The room was spacious and the beds were some of comfiest beds my wife and I have ever slept on in a hotel. Daily room service was also great.
Other helpful things included the spacious lounge for guests on the bottom floor plus laundry/dryer (coin operated) facilities on site. There's also a bus stop handily in front of the hotel.
The view over Lake Wakatipu and surrounding mountains was stunning. The studio apartment was sleek and clean and very cosy. The location was quiet and only a 2km walk into the heart of the city.
Peppers has always been a fovorite of ours since the Apartments are comfortable, self contained and have a lovely view of Lake Wakatipu. On this occasion I made a mistake in the booking and we ended up in a hotel room - nothing wrong with the hotel room but wasn'e 'our usual'. The reception staff went out of their way to work out a solution that resulted in us ending up in an apartment with all the attributes that we cherish. The reception went above and beyond!
