I was expecting a Hotel - not a virtual hotel. Accommodation clean and acceptable, but no mini fridge, no staff that we saw everything done remotely vie e-mail and text.
Room not as large as I anticipated, bathroom/shower area lovely.
Overall acceptable value BUT when I book a Hotel I prefer to stay in a hotel.
