I booked the Sanctuary Suite as I was really interested in the pool within the room. Front desk told me that there were technical issues with the pool and upgraded me to the Sky Sanctuary Suite.
I can only say that was the best gift ever because I booked the room for my wedding proposal. The whole thing came out fantastic.

Such a lovely hotel, which is big but has a boutique feel due to the incredible staff who are so helpful and polite. The pool area is lovely and clean. The spa is so lovely and relaxing with great staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a great selection.

Near to The Curve , Ikea & Lotus , just walk. Breakfast so good , nasi lemak , roti canai and more. Staff so friendly and help us a lot . The hotel old but so clean . Bed very comfortable and make me sleep well .

Nice location beside "The Curve"
The location was good as my main goal for the stay was to go to The Curve and IKEA. However, due to constructions, it was not easy to find the apartment. And host wasn't helpful to provide landmark when I requested help.
Location is strategic with access to The Curve and IKEA. Many restaurants available and the MRT station is near to the hotel. The room was relatively comfortable.
The unit was very spacious with a plenty of sleeping place. The host are very responsive and helpful. Check in instruction was clear and the process was very easy. The location of the loft i.e. Empiry City is a bit confusing as it is in the middle of many highways, but the location was actually very strategic and convenient (near to Ikea, The Curve, One Utama etc) and are well connected to LDP, Penchala Link, DASH just to name a few.
Very easy to check in, no need to go to the counter.. straight into the room, as the card is in the locker. They will whatsapp you the info regarding how to get into your room and how to get to the building & where to park. The parking is paid but not too expensive. And you can park near the elevator too. Comfy beds, nice views and good location! Near Lotus, The Curve, Petronas, Mc Donalds & etc.
