Very nice, cosy and calm place. you will get a great view over the Bentota River for time of your breakfast and great service of the local staff. This is especially good for family with kids (like us, we are five )because these are two separate bungalows with a nice garden.

Have just returned from Sri Lanka after two weeks holiday. The last 6 nights we stayed at the River breeze Villa Bentota. What an amazing experience. This small independent family run villa is situated about 1 minute walk from the river. A truly idyllic location for peaceful and relaxing holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. We had a deluxe queen suite with balcony and air conditioning.T e rooms were cleaned every day. Thank you Pradeep. Every morning, our breakfast was brought to our balcony at the time we requested. Freshly prepared and so delicious. The bedding was changed every other day. The family work together as a team to keep the villa and guest rooms immaculately clean. The swimming pool is cleaned every day . A perfect temperature and very inviting. Perfect for an afternoon dip, to which we availed ourselves. The nearby beach, Bentota Beach. WOW. Unspoilt and very clean, safe for families, sunbeds and umbrellas available at a small cost. The beach is approx 10 minutes tuk tuk ride away, which the family will arrange . Either Pradeep or their Uncle will drive you there for 600 Sri Lanken Rupees return fare. let them know what time you would like to be collected, they will be there. Many restruants run parallel on the road from the beach. Public transport nearby.Also a railway station near the beach for trains to Galle and back to Colombo. The family work hard to make you welcome and your stay memorable. You could easily spend your whole holiday here. Perfect fora relaxing and peaceful holiday. First class hospitality given by Ruchira and her Family. We had two meals cooked by the family , both nights we had traditional vegetable curry and rice. So tasty , the best meals we ate in Bentota. Thank you for the delicious food and the Birthday Cake you arranged for my birthday. That was so considerate of you all. The village of Bentota is charming and very traditional. Airport transfers can be arranged by the family if required.

Very beatufil villa with pool. Roshan the manager and other staff was very helpful and courteous. Would definitely suggest for a good time with friends and family
