Very nice Beach, good swimming and walking. Not many people arround. Room was nice and OK with all you need. AC and Fan very good and important. If Shower/Shampo/Hairdryer is needed ask for it. Breakfast is very, very good and you can eat as much as you like, also excellent service. Staff is fantastic and takes care of you all the time. The food (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) is just great and fantastic. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you. You can ask for Beachtowels, they will give them to you for free.

This was hands down the best place we stayed in while in Sri Lanka. Absolute luxury. The staff, especially Muphu, couldn't have been kinder and helped us with our every need. The food was delicious and the atmosphere they have created is very peaceful and relaxing. We also got upgraded upon arrival. Was thoroughly disappointed with the service. There was one person taking care of everything there so maintenance was bad. Though rooms were spacious felt that it was not maintained well. The rain water entered the rooms and everytime we had to go search for the person in charge to come n clean. Door knobs were not working curtains were dirty. We paid too much for this place with no facilities.

The beautiful beach and easy access to to it. The food is great with a lot of options, make sure you ask them for the 10% discount for booking.com, otherwise they tend to bill you the full amount. Very eay to get around Bentota, just take a Tuk -Tuk, only 200-300 LKR to get to places around, plenty of great dinner options for seafood, if you like that.

We visited Bava Garden in Benthota and did a boat ride. The people were nice and helpful. The beach was relatively clean and safe to walk around. Bentota has a number of good hotels though a little bit expensive. Galle city is just 45 minutes away.

As when we arrived at our accommodation it appeared we were in the middle of nowhere. But our host Jaya was very helpful in showing us around. There are actually 4 restuarants right next to Bentota Station. Can highly recommend tuna tuna 33. Very good quality food at very reasonable prices.
Ari and Chandini, the hosts, truly made my stay in Bentota exceptional. Their commitment to my comfort and safety, coupled with valuable travel tips, greatly enhanced my overall experience. Chandini's culinary skills were a highlight, providing the best Sri Lankan cuisine of my trip. I am grateful for their hospitality, as they genuinely made my Bentota visit memorable.

The hotel is a very impressive property and located on the Bentota beach. We stayed for three nights and had a great experience. On checking in we had some issues with the room air conditioning and were promptly moved to another room. Our room was on the sixth floor with a brilliant view of the Indian Ocean. The breakfast and dinner spread had lot of options and the staff were very helpful. We used the fitness centre and the spa which were great facilities.
Hotel is a small cluster of mini apartment style rooms around a pool (approx 5-6). We were the only people in the hotel for the two nights we visited.
Beautiful pool and relaxing vibe. The room was lovely and big with great air con. The bathroom and shower was by far the best we had in our whole two weeks in sri lanka it was luxury for the price of the hotel.

Ananda Villa Bentota is a perfectly located villa with a comfortable room and bathroom, run by a lovely family. Close to the beach, close to the train station, close to the ATM. A great place to catch your breath after landing.

The room is very clean and look exactly like the pictures. The pool is also very nice and clean. It is the best place we stayed during our trip to Sri Lanka. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and provides you with everything you need. They even have a lamp for the mosquitoes, so you can enjoy the evenings on your own terrace. We highly recommend this place.
