Our favorite part about the hotel was the view onto the stunning mountain range surrounding Almaty. We requested mountain view rooms, and the view was everything we hoped it would be and more. The view was stunningly beautiful and unobstructed by any other structures nearby. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable.

The apartment was cozy, clean, with a balcony, a washing machine and everything you need to function there. We received instructions, a very nice lady was waiting for us at the accommodation, who welcomed us and gave us the keys. The apartment is located a short distance from the botanical garden, the area around the apartment is full of greenery and trees, quiet place. There are also great restaurants and shops nearby.
Room was good, breakfast with the little options was good, location is great with parking facilities and attraction nearby like botanical garden, supermarket and Atakent mall is walkable
The host is great. He recommended us a lot of places to visit including where to eat. It was easy to contact by any question and the response was coming really fast.
The apartment is clean and has all you need to live including kitchen stuff.
The place is a little far from the city center but it's near botanical garden and there is a lot of transport. Moreover it's quite calm and safe.
And the main winter bonus - it's really warm place. Do not be afraid to get frozen. You will not)

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the room. The bed is comfortable. The location is near the Botanical Garden and the bus station. I asked about the city bus and tickets, and the receptionist gave me to use her bus card to travel to the city. This way, the fee is only 100 tenge. Otherwise, it is 200 tenge with cash. I appreciated her.
Very convenient location. Quiet place. Near the botanical garden and a large supermarket. There is a 24 hour shop in the building. The room provides all the little things - coffee, tea, washing powder, iron.
